Music by Pomplamoose

Live.

Take Love Easy by Sophie Milman

最近超愛 Sophie Milman (a Russian born Canadian Jazz vocalist), 天天聽也不膩。

Po上她 2009 第三張專輯 "Take Love Easy" 的第二首歌,同名 "Take Love Easy". 不只她 live 唱得好(人又美),編曲也很讚。[p.s. 好久沒有看到加拿大的晨間節目了]

Easy, easy, take love easy
Never let your feelings show
Make it breezy, breezy breezy
Easy come and easy go

Never smile too brightly brightly
When your heart is riding high
Let your heart break, oh so slightly
When your baby says goodbye

That well known flame is mighty hot
As all of us have learned
So handle it with velvet gloves
And you won't get your fingers burned

Take love easy, easy easy
On the free and easy plan
And if you can't take it easy
Take it easy as you can

That well known flame is mighty hot
As all of us have learned
So handle it, handle it with velvet gloves
And you won't get your fingers burned

Take love easy, easy easy
On the free and easy plan
And if you can't take it easy
Take it easy as you can
Oh take love easy as you can
Yes take love easy, easy as you can

(Return I Will to Old ) Brazil

Brazil, where hearts were entertaining june
We stood beneath an amber moon
And softly murmured "someday soon"
We kissed and clung together

Then, tomorrow was another day
The morning found me miles away
With still a million things to say
Now, when twilight dims the sky above
Recalling thrills of our love
There’s one thing I’m certain of
Return I will to old brazil

A Lover's Concerto by The Toys

How gentle is the rain
That falls softly on the meadow
Birds high above in the trees
Serenade the flowers with their melodies

See there beyond the hill
The bright colors of the rainbow
Some magic from above made this day for us
Just to fall in love

Now I belong to you
From this day until forever
Just love me tenderly
And I'll give to you every part of me

Don't ever make me cry
Through long lonely nights without love
Be always true to me
Keep it stay in your heart eternally

Someday we shall return to this place upon the meadow
We'll walk out in the rain
Hear the birds above singing once again

You'll hold me in your arms
And say once again, you love me
And if your love is true
Everything will be just as wonderful

A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes by Cinderella

A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes

A dream is a wish your heart makes
When you're fast asleep
In dreams you will lose your heartaches
Whatever you wish for, you keep

Have faith in your dreams and someday
Your rainbows will come smiling through
No matter how your heart is grieving
If you keep on believing
the dream that you wish will come true

Fly Me To The Moon by Astrud Gilberto

Fly me to the moon
and let me play among the stars
Let me see what spring is like

On Jupiter and Mars
In other words hold my hand
In other words darling kiss me

Fill my heart with song
And let me sing forevermore
You are all I long for
All I worship and adore
In other words please be true
In other words I love you

I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing by New Seekers

I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing

I'd like to build the world a home
And furnish it with love
Grow apple trees and honey bees
And snow-white turtle doves

I'd like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I'd like to hold it in my arms
And keep it company

I'd like to see the world for once
All standing hand in hand
And hear them echo through the hills
For peace throughout the land
That's the song I hear

What the world needs now is love by Jackie DeShannon

What the world needs now is love, sweet love
It's the only thing that there's just too little of
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
No not just for some but for everyone.

Lord, we don't need another mountain
There are mountains and hillsides enough to climb
There are oceans and rivers enough to cross
Enough to last till the end of time

What the world needs now is love, sweet love
It's the only thing that there's just too little of
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
No, not just for some but for everyone

Lord, we don't need another meadow
There are cornfields and wheat fields enough to grow
There are sunbeams and moonbeams enough to shine
Oh listen, lord, if you want to know

What the world needs now is love, sweet love
It's the only thing that there's just too little of
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
No, not just for some but for everyone
What the world needs now is love by Jackie DeShannon

Haven’t we met? by Kenny Rankin

Haven’t we met?

I’ve ordered some rain for tomorrow
The sky will be sunny but wet
And out of nowhere you’re suddenly there
And I say Yeah, Pardon me, haven’t we met?

I’ve ordered some sunshine with showers
And I’ve got my scenery set
Right there with the thought our umbrellas gonna bump
And I say Yeah, Pardon me, haven’t we met?

Accidents could happen
And into one I’m gonna slide
There’s a good chance to give my hands on a little romance
When two hearts collide

And I know that’s just how it happened
When Romeo met Juliet
Somewhere I’ve read that old Romeo said
Pardon me, haven’t we met?

Manhattan by Lee Wiley

We'll have Manhattan
The Bronx and Staten Island too.
It's lovely going through the zoo!

It's very fancy
On old Delancey Street you know.
The subway charms us so
When balmy breezes blow
To and fro

And tell me what street
Compares with Mott Street in July?
Sweet pushcarts gently gliding by

The great big city's a wonderous toy
Just made for a girl and boy
We'll turn Manhattan
Into an isle of joy

We'll go to Yonkers
Where true love conquers in the whiles
And starve together dear, in Child's

We'll go to Coney
And eat baloney on a roll
In Central Park we'll stroll
Where our first kiss we stole
Soul to soul

The Face i Love by Astrud Gilberto

Just think of things like Daffodils
and peaceful sheep on Clovered hills
The morning sun,
the weeper wills,
and You'll see the face that I love
Think of any old stag getting ready to drag
Down comes the rain
but it's raining confetti

then think of things like far off isles
to blue green eyes, and sunlit smiles
and in your hand
the wishing star
the one you thought too far above

Every lovely view introduces you
to the face I love

I Wish You Love

Goodbye
No use leading with our chins
This is where our story ends
Never lovers, ever friends
Goodbye
Let our hearts call it a day
But before you walk away
I sincerely want to say

I wish you bluebirds in the spring
To give your heart a song to sing
And then a kiss, but more than this
I wish you love

And in July, a lemonade
To cool you in some leafy glade
I wish you health
But more than wealth
I wish you love

My breaking heart and I agree
That you and I could never be
So with my best
My very best
I set you free

I wish you shelter from the storm
A cozy fire to keep you warm
But most of all, when snowflakes fall
I wish you love

I wish you love, by Rachael Yamagata
