Le Chocolat de H ル ショコラ ドゥ アッシュ s located in Roppongi Hills 六本木ヒルズ Keyakizaka Dori けやき坂通り, produced by the very famous Hironobu Tsujiguchi 辻口博啓, one of the top pâtissier in Japan. [see map...]

Hironobu Tsujiguchi 辻口博啓 runs several cake shops around Tokyo, including the popular Mont St. Clair モンサンクレール in Jiyugaoka 自由が丘, which i'm not very fond of... (check out why). Hence, Le Chocolat de H ル ショコラ ドゥ アッシュ was not on my list to visit. Nevertheless, last month, while the dessert maniac - S was in town, she got me "Tablettes de chocolat-Fèves de cacao" from the shop (thanks!), and... it was absolutely delicious!
So, the following weekend, i was there!

tons of choco cakes n chocolat to choose from..
choco lovers will have a very hard time keeping calm in the shop.

Cible シーブル 520円

「外はキャラメルクリーム、中はチョコレートムース。

底のフィユテと外側のヘーゼルナッツの食感がとてもよいケーキ。」

This s strongly recommended by S, but a bit too sweet for me.

Fondant chocolat フォンダンショコラ 420円

「クリオロ種の風味豊かなショコラを使用したフォンダンショコラ。」

食用前先放進 microwave 熱個幾十秒。

一入刀，中心部的 chocolat 就會如溶漿般成濃稠的choco sauce, choco成河~

多層次的choco cake一口氣衝腦門，很苦，很濃，很讚!

Tablettes de chocolat タブレット ドゥ ショコラ

one of the best chocolate bar i've ever had... must try!
